For my older car, he wanted to understand my goals, whether we were going to keep it for the long haul or just a short while so that we could set up a maintenance plan for the car, not just chase this or that repair. The result was that we performed the maintenance that was needed and set a timeline for other items over the coming year. Smart.

An extra perk is the low low rates that Sean will get for you should you need a car for a few days if yours is in the shop.
A noteworthy thing happened though… upon picking up my car after having some work done. I noted that something seemed amiss. Without skipping a beat, Sean and his team jumped on it, found something that needed to be addressed, and made it right. We are all human and a little thing may get missed here and there occasionally, however, there was no defensiveness whatsoever. They own their work and are proud of the quality of their service.
I can’t imagine finding another shop with this much consideration for quality, customer needs, and attention to detail.

Sean Hudson and his team at Hudson Automotive are absolutely the best, most trustworthy group in the business. I had brought my 2008 Yukon Hybrid to them a year ago just for a check. They took care of the typical maintenance issues quickly, and I was on my way.
Fast forward to TODAY when a “check engine” light went on on my dashboard. I called Sean and he did not hesitate to have me bring my car in for a quick check. Even though he and his team were enjoying a holiday lunch together and will be closed next week for Christmas, he was more than willing to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. I am so appreciative to him–he truly wanted to make sure my family was safe, even if it meant I would need to bring it to another repair shop while his was closed for the holiday season. How incredible is that???
